PM Solutions, a leading management consulting firm specializing in Project Management Consulting, Training/Development, and Research has an exciting career opportunity for a Management Consultant opportunity in China.
 
Candidate must possess Nuclear Power Industry and Power Plant Construction expertise. Additionally, the candidate must have expertise in both project management and related business processes, and have at least 15 years of experience and the candidate will support the following:
 
  • Project management oversight within fields of nuclear construction, nuclear power plant engineering, quality or commissioning a must.
  • Establish the project management department with multi project managing capacity. Establish the PMO with Portfolio Management Capabilities.
  • Monitor resource levels, allocation, and utilization (human resources, equipment, information and expert decision making).
  • Manage and provide project controls support for all projects – collect, summarize & report on all projects. Process feedback information including screening, summarizing, categorizing. Implement corrective actions for projects according to priority.
  • Coordinate, consolidate, and ensure consistent project practices in the area of Resource Management, Technical surveillance, project risk management and implementing risk management process and systems, technical economic, project evaluation; project info; manage license application for multi-project, multi-base and related management; in charge of application work interface between contractors, owners and government and other industry regulators.
  • PMP certification required.   

Candidates must be willing to take up temporary residency in China for up to five years.
