PM Solutions Launches New Research Initiative Focused on Best Practices for Virtual Project and Program Management

By doing research on the various strategies, methods, and tools that organizations have used prior to the pandemic and during the pandemic, PM Solutions will derive “recommended practices” for successfully managing projects and programs virtually.

Over the 20 years that PM Solutions Research has been collecting data about project management processes, PM Solutions has continually provided the most current industry trends and best practices to keep organizations at the forefront of success. This newest study will focus on identifying high performers and determining the combination of processes that yield higher organizational performance in our current virtual-focused landscape. As always, participants are asked to gauge their maturity/capability on a range of functions as well their company’s overall organizational performance.
